Pela ocasião do meu aniversário, a minha amiga D., sabendo do gosto que tenho pela costura, ofereceu-me um "dois em um": um kit "corta e cose" de um saco/mala.

Ainda não tinha tido oportunidade de me dedicar a ele e ontem, finalmente, consegui fazê-lo.
O resultado está aqui: um saco bem giro e reversível!

For my birthday, my friend D., knowing that I love everything related with crafts, offered me a "two in one: a "cut and sew" kit: a tote/purse.
I had not yet had the opportunity to devote myself to it and, yesterday, I finally did it!

Quando fiz o primeiro rolinho para a janela, apelidado de "cobrinha" e mais recentemente baptizado como "Sock Thing" (devido à série de animação britânica "Kipper The Dog"), tive alguns pedidos para fazer outros maiores.
O último, acabadinho de fazer é este que vai ser enviado, com muito carinho e orgulho, para a filha da minha grande amiga de infância. Espero que, daqui a uns anos, ela saiba apreciá-lo como mais um brinquedo.
When I did the first roll for the window, nicknamed "little snake"and more recently "Sock Thing" for my son (because of the British animation series "Kipper The Dog"), I had some requests to make larger ones.
The last one I sewn is about to be sent, with much affection and pride, to the daughter of my childhood best friend. Hopefully, in a few years, she will know how to appreciate it more as a toy.
O último, acabadinho de fazer é este que vai ser enviado, com muito carinho e orgulho, para a filha da minha grande amiga de infância. Espero que, daqui a uns anos, ela saiba apreciá-lo como mais um brinquedo.
